June 29,2010Frequently Asked Questions1. Am I allowed to bring my own food and drinks into the festival area?
Sorry, no food or beverage carry-ins allowed and this includes water. There will be food and drink vendors inside the festival grounds. 2. Are there seats available or do I bring my lawn chair or blanket? There is grandstand seating for full-event ticket holders. You may bring your lawn chair to sit in front of the grandstands, if you wish. Please, no lounge type chairs. Blankets are not permitted as seating in the main stage seating area. VIP ticket holders will have chairs provided. 3. What is the traffic like going to the Roundup? Traffic does get a little heavy at certain times of the day. It is best to come early and stay late to avoid delays. Be sure to tune to 95.9 KSOK, 100.5 the WOLF and 107.9 KWLS for traffic updates and weather. 4. Are there children's ticket prices available? Yes. 5yrs and under are free, 6-12yrs $10 per for the weekend. 5. What can I bring in with me? Country Roundup is an outdoor music festival. The event is rain or shine; you may want to bring a jacket or sunscreen. No food or beverage carry-ins are allowed. You can bring in an empty container to be filled with water inside the gates. You may also bring a camera. NO video recording is allowed. All carry-ins will be subject to search by Roundup Security. 6. I know I can't bring in food or beverages, but may I bring in a bag with wet-wipes, sun block, and a towel? Yes. All bags are subject to being searched at the gate by security. 7. I heard that Country Roundup will be serving beer this year. Is this true? Yes, Country Roundup will have Budweiser products available for purchase. No beer or wine coolers will be allowed to be brought into the festival grounds. 8. How does the three day wristband work? Your concert ticket is exchanged at the front gate for a wristband. The wristband becomes your passport to enter and re-enter the festival. Please take care of your wristband as it will not be replaced. Wristbands are non-transferable and are void if tampered with. You can exchange your tickets for wristbands beginning Wednesday morning at the Main Entry Gate. 9. What is included with my VIP ticket? Outside of the BEST seats available, your VIP ticket includes VIP parking, meals for all three nights, beverage's for all three nights (soda, water, tea, wine coolers, Budweiser and Bud Light) in the VIP hospitality area. Oh, and you take home your chair after Saturday nights performance! 10. What kind of food do they have in VIP? They have a variety of food available with a nightly buffet served. CADS Liquore, Country Roundup officials, and volunteers are bringing back the popular 2nd stage to Country Roundup 2010!
